Chop the choy sum finely, then mix the ingredients for steamed minced meat (excluding the egg yolk) and place them evenly into a steaming bowl. Create a well in the center of the bowl just large enough to hold the egg yolk, place the egg yolk in the well, and finally place the steaming bowl onto the steaming tray.

Cut the mackerel into pieces. Take a steaming bowl and place the ingredients for steamed mackerel with sweet soy sauce inside. Put it on the steaming plate together with the steamed meat with egg yolk. Cover the cooker, and turn the function knob to "Steam" mode, and press the cook switch. Let it cook until the switch pops up and the keep-warm indicator light turns on.
